EX0001.001 Uninteresting Task Avoidance The task is perceived as boring, repetitive, or tedious.
EX0001.002 Procrastination due to overwhelm The task is perceived as difficult, complex, or confusing, with too many moving parts.
EX0001.003 Task Prioritization Difficulty There are several tasks a person must complete with mixed degrees of urgency or importance.
EX0001.004 Procrastination by Optimization Spending excessive time planning or optimizing systems for efficiency without actually executing tasks.
EX0002 Difficulty Shifting Attention Difficulty intentionally shifting attention from one (typically very rewarding) task to another less rewarding task.
EX0002.001 Hyperfocus Intense concentration on a single activity to the exclusion of others.
EX0002.002 Hyperfixation Strong, prolonged focus on specific topics or problems.
EX0003 Task-Switching Distractibility The likelihood when switching tasks to become distracted by another stimulus.

EX0008 Spatial Awareness Difficulty perceiving and understanding the positions and relationships of objects, including one's own body, within a given space.
EX0009 Strong Inner Critic Having a persistent, harsh internal critic.

EX0012 Anxiety A heightened state of worry, fear, or unease, often in response to perceived threats or uncertainties, which can interfere with focus, decision-making, and daily activities.

EX0012.002 Decision Anxiety Avoiding making decisions possibly due to fear of negative outcomes, excessive deliberation, or overwhelm.

EX0013 External Validation Seeking approval, recognition, or reassurance from others to feel accomplished, worthy, or valued.

EX0014 Stimulus-Seeking Behavior Actively seeking out sensory or intellectual stimulation, such as engaging with social media, gaming, or loud environments, often to counter boredom or under-stimulation.

EX0015.003 Involuntary Attentional Capture Environmental stimuli involuntarily capture and hold attention, making it difficult to disengage or filter them out regardless of the current task.

EX0020 Fear of Loss or Failure Unreasonable anxiety around the fear of losing something or failing to accomplish a task.
EX0020.001 Hoarding Compulsively saving things of perceived value.
EX0021 Crisis Productivity A pattern of working most effectively or creatively during moments of crisis, such as when a deadline is imminent.
EX0022 Chronic Multi-Tasking Performing two or more tasks at the same time, often to the detriment of the final result of each task.
