Using LLMs to get started
You'd like to get started with ADHD BAMF, but you're feeling overwhelmed with the scope of the project, and you're not sure where to start. Let's use some LLM automation to help go through the information!
Here's all you need to do:
- Write down your experience in a paragraph or two.
- Do you feel distracted? Is it difficult to start tasks? Struggling with controlling your emotions, or do you feel disconnected from everything when you're over stimulated?
- Include as much information as you'd like, but more is better.
- Copy the LLM prompt from the following URL and paste it into a document: ADHD Triage Prompt
- Add your experiences to the end, replacing the brackets and included text.
- If you're looking for inspiration, I've also added a prompt with an experience you might resonate with: Triage Prompt Example
- Copy and paste the whole prompt into your LLM of choice.
- ChatGPT has an option to use it without signing in, and as of posting this, it accepts the prompt with two paragraphs of background.
- Reflect and on the Expressions and Mitigations it suggests, and get started with them.
Remember; LLMs are not perfect, and are just as likely to suggest adding glue to pizza as anything helpful. However, this is as good a starting point as any, and is likely to be at least a little better than throwing darts at a board.
